Strategic planning: Utilise your wealth of experience and knowledge in early years to inform Council’s strategic and business planning. Contribute to shaping the future direction of our childhood education services.
Collaborative team environment: You will be part of a dedicated team of Family Services Coordinators responsible for the coordination, planning, development, implementation, and delivery of early childhood services, programs, and projects. As an Early Childhood Coordinator, you will provide strategic leadership and management support to Team Leaders and Centre Managers.
Community Engagement: Forge strong relationships with parents, local government, and other service organisations. Collaborate internally within Council and externally with local stakeholders, government bodies, and the community to strengthen service delivery.
Work type: Temporary Full Time (12 months)
Classification: Band 8 $115,035 – $127,911 (pa plus super)
