About this position:

Working across all functions of human resources you will contribute to the development, implementation and evaluation of efficient and effective Human Resources services to the employees of the City.

You will work in a team of experienced HR practitioners with an opportunity to support and lead a range of projects across all disciplines within the HR function including Learning and Development, Recruitment and Industrial Relations.

What we are looking for:

To be successful, you must have:

• Experience in the delivery of Human Resources Services
• Effective communication skills both verbal and written

Essential requirements:

• Current Police Clearance (less than three months old)
• Current driver’s licence.
• Tertiary qualification in Industrial Relations, Human Resources Management, Business or equivalent, or significant relevant experience.
