About your new role
In your new role, you will proactively partner with the City’s Business Units to help them with their end-to-end recruitment needs by providing specialist recruitment and selection expertise, advice, recommendations, and guidance to hiring managers throughout the City based on your extensive talent acquisition/recruitment industry experience. This role is initially available on a temporary basis until June 2023, there may be scope for extension depending on circumstances at the time.
What you bring to your new role
You will bring your talent acquisition/recruitment industry experience and utilise it to provide outside-the-box/creative solutions to talent acquisition and retention needs; you’ll bring practical and proactive recommendations and coaching and advice to hiring managers regarding recruitment strategies and selection processes, ensuring that outcomes are driven towards the best candidate for the role being identified via the most appropriate talent acquisition strategy.
You’ll bring a sense of understanding and empathy for the candidate’s experience and ensure their journey is positive and engaging.
But most importantly, you’ll bring your fun, positive and energetic vibes to a great team dynamic and your client’s, ensuring that they receive excellent service and have a great time in the process.
