Business Support Administration Officer – Coombabah Pound (Casual)
About the position
Located within the Health and Regulatory Services Branch, as a business support team member, you will be responsible for providing a full range of front counter and customer service duties within our City Pound at Coombabah. You will assist in reuniting animals with their owners and liaising with rescue groups and internal service teams. Administrative duties will include maintaining our internal database, website and relevant records while delivering exceptional customer service to our stakeholders and customers.
As a casual business support team member, you will need to be flexible and available to work Saturdays and Public Holidays where required.
