City Health Care Partnership CIC Hiring for Employee Relations Administrator at Kingston upon Hull Full Time

This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy and friendly team. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated with strong organisational skills. The successful candidate will report directly to the Human Resources Manager and provide general administrative support to the Human Resources Advisory Team in all aspects of employee relations. They will also work with our Health & Wellbeing Advisor to provide comprehensive administrative support to the attendance management process.

Please note the interviews for this role will be held on the afternoon of the 19th August 2021.

To be successful in the role you will need to have the following: –

• Level 3 Qualification e.g. NVQ, Diploma in Business Administration/Customer Service or equivalent level of knowledge and experience
• Word processing to RSA 3 standard, or ECDL, or able to demonstrate equivalent level of skill
• Previous experience of working in an office environment and carrying out general office/administrative procedures using Microsoft office packages including Outlook.
• Comprehensive knowledge of a range of administration procedures and practices
• Experience of servicing meetings including extensive minute taking
• Knowledge of a range of software programmes, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Office and Teams
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Effective time management skills
• Previous experience of working with confidential information
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to be flexible and work as part of a team.
