We have wonderful opportunity to join City Furniture’s Human Resources Department as a Technical Recruiter to help us grow out IT Teams.
The primary responsibility of the Technical Recruiter role is to source, screen, and present qualified candidates for various technical roles to internal customers. This role supports the organization by searching for the best talent, promoting our brand and ensuring we attract the best professionals.

• Source potential candidates on niche platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Agency, etc.)
• Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
• Interview candidates combining various methods
• Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
• Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
• Be able to understand IT terms and know how to vet candidates properly
• Be able to sell the “Why CITY” by talking about current exciting projects and be specific how candidate would play a role.

The Technical Recruiter’s first 90 days will include a detailed new hire orientation, initial training plan, and a personalized development plan to help you reach your career goals.

Job Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter
• Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Zoom, Panel and structured)
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• Recruiting: 3 years (Preferred)
