The role of the HR Business Partner (HRBP) is to develop and lead the people plans in support of the HR strategic objectives across employee relations, people engagement, talent development, and all the associated systems, policies and procedures and will be assigned to our Complex Care division. Owing to the nature of our business we acquire a large number of contracts and staff into our workforce from other employers, hence applicants with considerable experience of large and often complex TUPE transfers would be welcomed. We offer hybrid working – 3 days per week in our Telford office and 2 days per week from home.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Support the Interim HR Director on the people agenda for the Complex Care division
Support the Interim HR Director to develop, monitor and review policies in line with current legislation and best practice on issues such as, working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures, absence management etc.
Lead and participate in relevant projects as directed by the interim HR Director
Lead and manage the efficiency, and productivity of the HR team, ensure that all SLA’s are being met and correct guidance is being provided
Coach and build the capability of managers to provide them with the tools
Support managers in complex ER cases, ensuring any lessons learnt are shared and acted upon.
Support the development of the succession plan for their area and deliver the actions, in conjunction with resourcing and learning and development.

Ability to work with multiple managers at all levels to deliver plans and business outcomes.
Experience of multi-site organisations and a willingness to travel.
Self-motivated and organised, a flexible approach to working hours.
Proactive, creative and pragmatic approach to solutions.
Experience of managing complex change programmes is essential
Strong Experience of TUPE and business integration is essential
Knowledge of the care Sector is desirable but not essential
First degree and qualified with a relevant professional (CIPD, ILM).
Minimum of three years’ experience of working in a HRBP role.
Flexibility to travel to the organisations various UK based Hubs and branches.
