As an Online Chat Receptionist, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers and clients who engage with your company through online chat platforms. Your role will involve greeting visitors, answering their questions, providing assistance, and directing them to the appropriate department or personnel.

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in written communication, have good typing skills, be patient and able to handle difficult customers, and have a strong customer service orientation. A high school diploma or equivalent, and experience in customer service or a similar role, may be required. Additionally, familiarity with online chat platforms and software may be beneficial.
