This leadership position is focused on shaping our Talent Acquisition short- and long-term strategies and supporting and driving change management to help us be successful for whatever comes next. Telling the TA story, it’s role in the overarching HR strategy and how the current market impacts what and how we recruit, will be an essential part of this role.

Responsibilities

• Lead research on the talent market, understand trends and technology and evaluate new solutions
• Partner on building talent acquisition strategies that achieve business objectives while ensuring a high-quality experience for candidates and business partners
• Think strategically, anticipating and averting problems and making things simpler
• Consult and connect workstreams led by different members of TA
• Tell TA’s story through compelling executive and board-level presentations
• Lead special projects for TA, including defining goals and creating deliverables
• Develop talent and recruiting insights and analytics
• Provide input into budget and prioritize workstreams
• Help identify new TA opportunities, leveraging data and prioritize based on strategic goals, business needs, and business impact
• Participate in formal vendor selection processes and manage vendor relations on an ongoing basis to optimize our investment in external partner solutions
• Champion new ways of working and redefining TA
• Foster an environment that adds new value and strives for continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Talent Acquisition, preferred
• 7+ years in Human Resources, required
• 5+ years managing large-scale talent or HR programs
• Big picture, strategic thinking
• Ability to measure overall effectiveness of TA
• Strong data analysis and presentation skills
• Excellent prioritization and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate understanding of market trends, including technology and analytics
• Effective at building positive relationships

Hours and Work Schedule

• Hours per Week: 40
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

• Mondays, Wednesdays & Thursdays working in the Johnston Office and Tuesdays & Fridays working Remotely
