Job Purpose:

• Focused client experience on successful and timely Onboarding experience for CCB clients.
• Strong relationship building with CCB stakeholders (RM’s, KYC Team, Sales) to ensure alignment and momentum for a shared vision of expectations, partnership and alignment on client expectations and turnaround times.
• Continuous improvement mindset and project experience assisting business partners and the broader organization.
• Proactive and able to work on own initiative. Flexibility. Good communication skills with the ability to be assertive. Organized with an excellent attention to detail. Ability to focus on high quality work while under pressure to accommodate client needs with a high level of client satisfaction.
• Teamwork and collaboration with internal/external teams to help build the CCB business and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Able to prioritize multiple projects, closely monitors progress and follows up accordingly.
• Provide superlative Client Experience throughout the onboarding and intertwined KYC process.
• Act as a single point of contact for the Client throughout the onboarding process.
• Guide Clients through the digital onboarding experience.
• Liaise with Client KYC team internally to expedite KYC approval and resolve issues.
• Ensures effective operational risk management, compliance of processes with regulations.
• Self-Motivated to ensure high levels of productivity, eagerness to learn other team job functions (for example Cash Implementations)

Governance, Risk and Controls:

• Strong culture of risk awareness, client escalation avoidance, detection, and prevention.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and reg’s.
• Applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Skills:

• 5-10 years of operations experience – including strong end to end account opening and KYC understanding. Project management experience across multiple transactional banking products and functions (Preferred).
• Must have account opening/KYC expertise. Treasury Product Implementations experience (Preferred)
• Highly organized – must have Project Management experience on large complex client facing projects engaging multiple internal and external teams and partners. Knowledge of Project Management framework and various tools and templates.
• Experience with a geographically dispersed and complex matrix organization. Wide organizational knowledge and cross-functional team work experience to deliver multi-work stream projects.
• Communication and presentation skills to clients and internal stakeholders. Ability to analyze and solve complex problems, effective influencing skills.
• Proactive and able to work on own initiative. Flexibility. Good communication skills with the ability to be assertive. Organized with an excellent attention to detail. Ability to focus on high quality work while under pressure.
• Comfortable working independently in a dynamic and challenging environment.
• Exceptional communication skills both spoken and written. Strong Microsoft skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Proven project and time management skills.

• Knowledge of cash management (vanilla/complex); Knowledge of Global Account Services (account opening/account maintenance)
