Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute on HR solutions and project plans, as well as, manage and track project deliverables in support of the transformation
Ensure key milestones and deliverables are met
Facilitate issue resolution
Keep all constituents, including dependency participants informed of execution progress through regular communication, presentations and status reporting
Program manage change efforts within each function and connect to the central efforts across the overall transformation. Deploy change and program management that drives business strategy and initiatives
Participate in both the first and/or second line function as well as HR and HR transformation work streams as the HR expert representing and owning key HR activities within both pillars
Understand the human capital implications of the target state plans within each Function and help design and drive the action plans in partnership with the HR Advisory Risk and Controls, Data, Policy, and Compliance teams
Partner closely with HR Advisor teams, Corporate HR practice leaders and the business as needed to develop and execute short and long-term talent / staffing / Risk / Control/ Data / Policy and Compliance strategies
Partner with Enterprise Transformation and the Program Group Leads as well as Organization PMOs to achieve expected levels of sustainability to meet regulatory expectations, reduce risk, address article, gaps and to pass Internal Audit validation
Lead interaction with Internal Audit including agreement on closure criteria, preview of closure material and questions
Prepare scoping, challenge and closure documentation according to Central Program PMO and TPO standards for check and challenge and IA validation
Prepare and maintain evidence in the form artifacts to support completion of each deliverable into a centralized Program SharePoint
Act as a change and culture management specialist to assess, define and drive activities related to the transformation
Apply Organizational Development expertise to diagnose business needs and develop and implement creative solutions
Deploy change and program management that drives business strategy and initiatives
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources or other related field is required
Advanced degree in I/O Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Development, or related field strongly preferred
Well-developed consultative approach – listening, coaching and influencing skills
Ability to build relationships with colleagues across business lines and levels
Excellent interpersonal communication skills – verbal and written
Analytical and strategic thinking skills – systems thinker
Flexible and highly adaptable – ability to pivot quickly
Operate with curiosity- challenge traditional approaches, incorporates diverse perspectives
Ability to work in a complex matrix environment to manage ambiguity and push through business challenges
Drive results and demonstrate a strong sense of accountability and follow through
Project management and project delivery experience
Ability to energize others around a task/idea and maintain optimism
Ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Understanding of Risk and Control functions preferred
Past Internal Audit, Regulatory Interaction or Consent Order experience a plus
