Role Overview
As an HR GPO Business Process Management Lead, you will provide hands on program management for a wide range of HR processes within the Workforce Relations and Off-boarding Taxonomy. This role is pivotal in optimizing and enabling HR; our operational effectiveness and maximizing the potential of our HR technology. We partner closely with the HR centers of excellence, HR Professional Services and HR Shared Services to lead a variety of process and program initiatives.
Responsibilities
Lead the execution of a global strategy for an end-to-end process including associated policies and guidelines
Identify gaps between the global and regional process with a clear plan to close the gaps while giving provisions for policy and regulatory variances
Establish standards that govern processes to which others will operate
Resolve operational issues and implement process and procedures changes; ensure consistent operating model, serve as a resource/escalation point for HRPS / HRAs
Deliver solutions to that meet KPI targets and comply with regulatory measures
Ensure successful adoption of change, providing key stakeholders with the knowledge and skills needed to successfully adapt to a new technology/process
Oversight of process documentation including the maintenance of local process exceptions, documentation, SOPs, guidelines, and training manuals
Proactive monitoring to ensure full compliance with global process standards and provide ongoing governance for process adoption
Recommends controls by identifying problems or gaps in a process
Drive KPI and SLA baseline and metrics, support MCA program
Responsible for keeping processes in line with the legal, regulatory and internal policy framework
Develop and operationalize applicable reporting and analytics to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of end-to-end process
Qualifications
Experience supporting HR related processes and with process improvement and change management methodologies
Prior experience with Workday
Deep understanding of business process management
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally
Proven ability to take ownership, deliver on commitments and comfortable working with ambiguous circumstances
Excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple teams
Strong interpersonal and influence skills to enable change without direct control
Ability to prepare and present findings and recommendations in a methodical manner
