Responsibilities:
Supports the management of the vendor led mobility tax programme.
Includes supporting the Cross Border Team with roll out of the business travel tax programme and any future solutions to cross border remote working.
Will become proficient in their field and uses expertise to run meetings with vendors as well as internal groups such as Finance, Tax, and Payroll.
Tracks and processes employees working cross jurisdiction and liaises with parties to produce workable and practical solutions.
Conceptualizes and works with our global teams to incorporate changes within the existing program.
Partners with Payroll, Tax and Finance to ensure proper reporting.
Ensures all processes are completed with accuracy and within required timeframes. Ensure compliance with program provisions and legal and tax regulations. Review and reconcile all data to ensure accuracy.
Identifies and implement process improvements.
Develops and deliver communications to participants and HR related to vesting events. Develop and deliver presentations to Human Resources and other stakeholders.
Provides superior customer service to program participants and Human Resources. Resolve escalated issues for clients.

Skills/Experience:
2-4 years of experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel
Ability to meet deadlines while dealing with multiple priorities.
Knowledge of the regulations impacting FS industry
Has worked primarily in expatriate or employment tax
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Tax qualification desirable
