The Global Functions Learning and Development Project Manager will support the Global Functions Learning and Development (“L&D”) organization executing against multiple strategic project goals and communications needs. The candidate will be highly organized and motivated with demonstrated successes in managing complex organizational initiatives. They additionally will be able to create the relevant project planning documentation associated with meetings.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with Head of Learning and Development for Global Functions to build a common set of cross-functions L&D priorities through identification and analysis of learning trends. Set up a set of cross Functions Key initiatives.
Track, report and help the GF LD Head to manage the delivery of the key initiatives.
Own the delivery of several cross functions projects e.g. Execonline, Talent partnership work, tracking development of required training and Learning Council improvements.
Create key stakeholder materials for the GF LD Head e.g. key initiatives quarterly review deck, HRA update materials, team meeting supporting documents.
Organizing and overseeing meeting agendas for global town halls, team meetings, quarterly new hire networking sessions, teams channel etc
Providing ad hoc support within specific functions when emerging priorities are identified
Managing various Leadership Excellence and Performance Solutions (LEAPS) products including Global Functions credit allocation of executive leader program ExecOnline
Build clear and robust communications for the overall Global Functions learning community including the Global Functions Learning Round-Up.
Key Competencies
Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills used to visually convey compelling and easy to understand messages
Ability to collaborate and influence internal stakeholders at various levels in a matrixed environment: motivating others to lead
Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Capable of performing effectively in complex situations with limited guidance
Results oriented and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
Ability to adapt to rapidly evolving and changing priorities; resilient and flexible
Technical aptitude, including proficiency in Excel
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
Experience in Learning & Development, Talent, or related field in a global environment, with complex stakeholder groups.
