This newly created role / team will be a critical part of how we enable our Global TA Function to drive and influence Citi’s diversity hiring strategy and outcomes. The function reports up to the Global Head of TA Strategy and Programs (S&P) and this role reports to the VP, Global TA Strategic Diversity Effectiveness.
The Talent Acquisition Strategy Diversity Effectiveness – Content & Controls Manager will assist in the overall improvement of content management, efficiency, and organization for the Global Talent Acquisition Strategic Diversity Effectiveness Team. This position is fast-paced and multi-faceted. The ideal candidate will be meticulous, detail oriented and ambitious with strong communication and diplomacy skills. The TA Diversity Effectiveness Program Content Manager performs a variety of HR-related duties on a professional level and provides administrative support to Talent Acquisition Diversity Effectiveness team. This position assists with the administration of programs, content, procedures, and guidelines to help align the TA Strategic Diversity Effectiveness team with the Talent Acquisition strategic goals. The TA Diversity Effectiveness Program Content Manager must possess a general knowledge of HR/Talent Acquisition, practices, policies, and procedures. In this role, one may contribute to the development of new techniques, models, and plans. Their work affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the TA Strategic Diversity Effectiveness Team and Talent Acquisition as a whole.
