This newly created role / team will be a critical part of how we enable our Global TA Function to drive and influence Citi’s diversity hiring strategy and outcomes. The function reports up to the Global Head of TA Strategy and Programs (S&P) and this role reports to the VP, Global TA Strategic Diversity Effectiveness.

The Talent Acquisition Strategy Diversity Effectiveness – Content & Controls Manager will assist in the overall improvement of content management, efficiency, and organization for the Global Talent Acquisition Strategic Diversity Effectiveness Team. This position is fast-paced and multi-faceted. The ideal candidate will be meticulous, detail oriented and ambitious with strong communication and diplomacy skills. The TA Diversity Effectiveness Program Content Manager performs a variety of HR-related duties on a professional level and provides administrative support to Talent Acquisition Diversity Effectiveness team. This position assists with the administration of programs, content, procedures, and guidelines to help align the TA Strategic Diversity Effectiveness team with the Talent Acquisition strategic goals. The TA Diversity Effectiveness Program Content Manager must possess a general knowledge of HR/Talent Acquisition, practices, policies, and procedures. In this role, one may contribute to the development of new techniques, models, and plans. Their work affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the TA Strategic Diversity Effectiveness Team and Talent Acquisition as a whole.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Provides Document Control per updating and maintaining approved documentation for all
• Organizes and updates the Talent Acquisition Strategic Diversity Effectiveness Team SharePoint Site TA Diversity Effectiveness including but not limited to:
  • Creates and monitors central program issue log – with assigned TA Strategic Diversity Effectiveness team owners
  • Create and maintain various tracking spreadsheets, folders for the core functions (Inclusive Hiring, External Partnerships, Reporting, etc.) within TA Strategic Diversity Effectiveness
  • Drives folder & document accessibility/permissions
  • Builds Organizational Taxonomy for resources for Hiring Managers, Talent Acquisition, and/or Internal Partners assisting with project
    • Core TA Diversity Effectiveness Team Presentations (with categories) Storage and access management
    • Executive Management Presentations
    • Strategic Response Presentations
• Primary focus is on the content control for the end-to-end Inclusive Hiring Library (data/reports/presentations/content)
  • Ensure change control is executed for all Inclusive Hiring Content
  • Aids in developing internal online presence in through assisting w Citi For You Web strategy
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and presentations – Across all team members including partnership with External Partnerships/Recruiting SME/Veteran Recruiting Team/Data/etc.
  • Administrator of calendars in partnership with various project managers
• Daily administrative support.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience
• Must have strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills including visualizations, use of & interpretation of data, etc.
• Qualification in document control, content management, program management or equivalent (PgMP/PMP/PRINCE2) preferred, not required
• Demonstrated having worked as an Assistant Program or Assistant Project Manager and/or Lead medium cross-functional projects/programs
• Proven analytical (including understanding and utilizing data), project and process management skills
• Solid organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at one time
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including building credibility, relationships, and moving to action
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with ability to interact appropriately with people across different functions and multiple levels across the organization

Education:

• Bachelor’s/University degree required (preferred degrees – Business, English, Communications, Learning, Education, Marketing, etc.)
