Job Title: Behaviour Mentor

Contract Term: Permanent 37 hrs per week, term time

Salary: Grade 5.12-15 £20,442 – £23,021 pro rata (£21,269- £23,953 FTE)

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Type: Full time

Foxfields Academy is a specialist all through school for SEMH pupils (Social, Emotional, Mental Health) aged 5 to 16 years.

At Foxfields there will be no limit to the possibilities for our pupils. We want to build a first-class education provision that provides highly tailored learning to ensure that our pupils are best prepared for life after school.

The school is part of CIT (Community Inclusive Trust), a Multi Academy Trust comprising of special and mainstream primary schools across Lincolnshire, Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire.

Due to school numbers increasing we are looking to appoint a Behaviour Mentor to join our enthusiastic and driven team. This will be someone who excels in creating positive relationships with our young people. You would be supporting pupils in managing their behaviours and emotional/ social needs throughout the day.
