Who You’ll Work With

Cisco’s J&C team is searching for a proven technical recruiting lead that will provide leadership and management for a team of technical recruiters focused on recruiting to meet the changing demands of our business.

You will work directly with and to an Americas Recruiting Leader and work with other Americas & Global Leads, cross functionally.

You will also have engagement with others in our eco-system including People & Communities (P&C) HR, and other functions across the Cisco eco-system.

You will work with business clients including SR hiring leaders to advise on hiring trends and strategy using a data driven / human centric approach.

Who You Are

You can drive innovative sourcing solutions to attract talent by collaborating with hiring mangers / recruiting teams to identify, select and recruit a diverse slate of internal and external technical talent.

You will act as a Talent Acquisition Partner, advising hiring managers / teams on talent availability & trenda, salary ranges and any compliance related requirements.

You can manage the full cycle hiring processes with a focus on top talent with technical capability.

You have a track record partnering with the hiring teams and business leaders to identify requisitions with the highest impact and offer strategic solutions.

You partner with business leaders, P&C partners and J&C management to align strategy using internal and external data.

You have experience managing a team of talent advisor recruiters using effective performance management tools and processes.

You are a mentor, ensuring key advisory skills for recruiter capability are developed including sourcing, consulting and branding.

Our minimum requirements for this role :

• Innovative recruiting leader, collaborator, and partner with 10+ years of professional level recruitment experience, including requisition management, fulfillment, and capacity distribution across a team.
• 3 plus years of full cycle technical recruiting management experience in the tech industry -preferably with a Fortune 100 company.
• Demonstrable experience in market-mapping and the ability to speak the market language to influence strategy and build qualified pipelines.
• Constant learner with a strong understanding of external market trends and the ability to apply those to Cisco strategy.
• Innovative leader / Coach who embeds inclusion into all aspects of your work.
• Experienced recruiting partner with expertise identifying Critical Workforce Segments and developing sourcing and recruitment strategy around those needs.
• Experience working with enterprise ATS including experience with work flows and processing offers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
