A day as a Customer Service Representative in Cirtec Medical

You will interface directly with Customers, Business Development, Manufacturing Leadership, and Planning as related to incoming orders and delivery dates. You will also will process orders, prepare correspondences, and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

Key areas of expertise are:

• Provide customers with delivery information based on Value Stream Meeting (VSM) driven from the planning team and update dates within M2M (Enterprise Resource Planning System).
• Carefully identify problems that might arise from operations with the use of ethical procedures and professional judgment
• Respond to incoming calls, emails and other message from customers and give them the right answers and directions
• Confirm correct pricing and enter approved items into the system and relay to the customer
• Coordinates preparation of orders and in timely response back to customers
• Strong problem solving and collaboration skills, demonstrated through successful negotiations and positive outcomes.

Must Have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Three years of related experience
• Be proactive in representing the customer to reach and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities

Good to have:

• Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities

• If you’re the right person for this opportunity, you will have previous experience providing administrative support to a busy office and using Microsoft Office.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment with Contract Manufacturing preferred.
