Overview
Cirkul is a rapidly growing beverage technology company. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships; often providing candidates with their first impression of Cirkul. A successful candidate in this role is a fast learner who can implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates for current and future openings. This person will assist in the entire recruiting process including identifying candidates, phone screening, scheduling and conducting interviews, coordinating offers and background check process, and assisting with onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own full cycle recruitment activities
• Source and identify talent through creative and non-traditional avenues
• Identify and attend local recruiting/networking events at local colleges, trade schools, and job fairs
• Own the application review of high volume roles and track candidates as they move through the process
• Proactively communicate with candidates at every step, ensuring that they have a full understanding of our process and all the information they need at every point in our recruiting process
• Facilitate strong partnerships with hiring managers and interview teams by proactively problem-solving and providing solutions surrounding interview scheduling and logistics
• Manage employee referrals and develop best practices for identifying new talent and build a pipeline of candidates
• Help to provide feedback and influence hiring decisions
• Assist in onboarding of new employees ensuring appropriate equipment set ups, software, and compliance paperwork is completed
• Run reporting and metrics on ad hoc basis

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of recruiting experience required
• Experience with recruiting tools such as Indeed, Handshake, ZipRecruiter, and Linkedin
• Experience with MS Word, Excel and Power Point and/or Google Suite
• Superb customer focus, attention to detail and organization skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment
• Strong sense of urgency and excellent time-management skills
