Recruitment Outreach Coordinator – Fixed Term

Convenient South Yarra Office Location

We are a leading provider of venue and events cleaning services and are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Recruitment Outreach Coordinator with excellent communication skills to join our Victorian team on a fixed term basis. This position will be focused on recruitment outreach coordination for our major events.

To be considered for this role you will be able to demonstrate that you are a team player with a strong ability to think on your feet, follow directions and work autonomously. Experience in cleaning/ recruitment is not essential as all training to complete your role effectively and safely will be provided.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Connecting with community based organizations
  • Liasing wtih the other recruitment team members
  • Utilising social media to promote our positions
  • Production of marketing materials such as flyers to showcase open roles
  • Assisting the recruitment team with the processing of applicants

This position is currently being offered on a fixed term of August 1st to November 18th.
