Cirka Hiring for Recruitment Assistant – Fixed Term Job at Australia Full Time

We are a leading provider of venue and events cleaning services and are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Recruitment Assistant with excellent communication skills to join our Victorian team on a fixed term basis. This position will be focused on internal recruitment coordination for our major events.

To be considered for this role you will be able to demonstrate that you are a team player with a strong ability to think on your feet, follow directions and work autonomously. Experience in cleaning/ recruitment is not essential as all training to complete your role effectively and safely will be provided.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Connecting with candidates to support their progress through our internal onboarding system
• Assisting the recruitment team with the processing of applicants
• Assisting with interviews of key positions
• Assisting with the induction of new team members

This position is currently being offered on a fixed term of August 1st to November 18th.
