CIRE Business Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly logistics administrative specialist to provide top-tier support for our government client in Falls Church, Virginia.

This position provides critical logistics program management support to the Defense Health Agency (DHA). DHA is a combat support agency delivering integrated, affordable, and high-quality health services to beneficiaries of the Department of Defense’s Military Health System.

The candidate shall provide day-to-day support (Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays) by providing program management and administrative support to the DHA.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Property Management and Audit Governance : Support DHA with property management and audit governance. Conduct internal inventory assessments and reconciliations.
• Play a critical role in DOD’s Property Management.
• Develop an audit compliance framework for DHA’s property management program.
• Provide Systems administration to support for DHA’s property management program.
• Knowledge of and experience with DHA correspondence and administrative processes and procedures.
• Develop an audit compliance framework for DHA’s property management program.
• Provide operational support for Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support and Defense Property Accountability System
• Collaboration and ing : Foster collaboration, prepare s, and ensure compliance adherence.
• Continuous Improvement : Identify and implement improvements in property management procedures.
• Training and Stakeholder Engagement : Facilitate team training and engage stakeholders for alignment.
• Risk Management and Adaptability : Proactively address risks and demonstrate adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Quality Assurance and Documentation : Uphold quality standards through thorough documentation and record-keeping.

Other Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Logistics and a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in program management.
• Familiar with the Microsoft Visio program and experience flowcharting, diagramming, and documenting processes and work flows
• Experience with the General Equipment (GE) Life Cycle Management program
• Knowledge of the Defense Medical Logistical Standard Support (DMLSS)
• Ability to provide expert suggestions on property accountability.
• Familiarity with financial accounting standards advisory board (FASAB) and DoD policy guidance relating to life cycle management and ing of general plant property and equipment (GPP&E) assets.
• Ability to provide analysis and document trends for process improvements.
• Excellent written and oral comunication skills. (Powerpoint, Word, Office 365, Excel, etc.,).
• Currently holding or willing to hold a Public Trust level clearance.
