The Recruiting Manager is responsible for support hiring strategies and company objectives. They will manage high volume full-cycle recruiting process for a variety of positions, which includes creating hiring plans, sourcing active and passive applicants, screening resumes, conducting candidate interviews, negotiating offers, and transitioning new hires to our HR team. You will report to our Director of Human Resources.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Partner with managers to develop an effective recruiting strategy. Obtain detailed knowledge of position requirements, provide expert consultation on the hiring process, and share external market trends and data as needed
• Drive process improvements to help make the hiring process more effective, efficient and positive for both managers and candidates.
• High Volume Responsible for full-cycle recruiting for various roles.
• Use online platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed and other social channels to build brand reputation and candidate pipelines
• Develop a network of internal/external contacts to help source high potential talent.
• Source and screen active and passive candidates for skillset and value to the organization
• Communicate effectively with the interview team to ensure preparedness during the interview process, and organize and lead post-interview debrief sessions
• Facilitate interviews and manage the pre-hire process as needed– job offer, background check, system entry, and transition to HR Generalist for new employee orientation and onboarding.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree- Human Resources, Communications, Business or related field is preferred
• 2-4+ years recruiting experience is preferred
• General knowledge of HR functions
• Experience working with HR recruiting/ATS systems (UKG – UltiPro, Kronos preferred)
• Customer service focused, with excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to perform efficiently within a high pressure, fast paced environment
• Ability to be proactive and manage multiple priorities under limited supervision
• Ability to interact and influence at all levels of management
• Experience with social recruiting tools and programs
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
