Circle Health Group Hiring for Talent Acquisition Specialist – 12 Month Fixed Term Contract Job at United Kingdom Full Time

BMI Circle Health Group are Britain’s leading provider of independent healthcare with a nationwide network of hospitals & clinics, performing more complex surgery than any other private healthcare provider in the country.

We have an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team of staff in the Resourcing department, however the successful candidate will be home based.

This is a Full Time role for 37.5 hours a week. This is a temporary vacancy for 12 months to cover maternity leave.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

• Headhunting methodologies
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Strong relationship building skills
• Experience of using an Applicant Tracking System
• Experienced in a variety of sourcing initiatives such as Boolean job board searches, Social Media and online
• Ability to resource for talented candidates and provide high quality candidate shortlists to hiring managers
• Experienced in direct sourcing and online candidate attraction/ engagement

Duties of this role include:

• To identify, attract and deliver the best talent to roles at BMI
• Working in partnership with wide range of stakeholders
• To work with the EDs, HODs to support with a direct sourcing strategy for sourcing all roles throughout the regions with a focus on.
• To support sites throughout the region to reduce agency cost and time to hire of key roles.
• To work with the Head of TA and Resourcing and TA Team Lead to formulate best practice guidelines/manager toolkits that can be utilised in future resourcing strategy.
