Who you are:
You’re serious about troubleshooting and love the challenge of solving end-user technical issues. What You’ll do:
Oversee all desktop applications, operating systems, hardware, software, and peripherals for all internal corporate users

Responsible for inventory, assets management, and rolling out new applications to corporate devices (desktops, laptops, phones, etc.)

Analyze and resolve end user hardware, software, and connectivity issues

Manage ticketing system and communicate with end users professionally via e-mail, phone, chat and in-person

Manage active directory, user access, troubleshooting application and connectivity issues

Supporting Microsoft 365 applications such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and MS Teams

Schedule and conduct installations and upgrades, system backup, archiving and recovery activities, while minimizing downtime

Perform preventative maintenance to resolve problems or identify problems requiring escalation to appropriate manager

Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Lead and/or Manager of IT Operations

Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation

What you bring:
1-3 years of experience in the IT industry, and/or Customer Service and Technical Support

Demonstrated experience supporting Windows and Mac Operating Systems

A college diploma in Computer Systems or equivalent work experience

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Basic knowledge of VMware (vCenter and ESXI) and visualization considered an asset

Basic knowledge of networking concepts such as IPv4, DHCP, DNS, and VPN considered an asset
