Ciocca Dealerships Hiring for Experienced Sales BDC Agent Full Time

Ciocca Dealerships Central BDC is looking to add an Experienced Sales BDC Agent to our Business Development Department!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Project a friendly and helpful demeanor while answering questions and inquiries from customers or team members, and providing general or related vehicle sales information.
• Maintain and communicate exceptional product and inventory knowledge to our customers with a focus on 100% guest satisfaction
• Answer all incoming calls and chat/call/email requests for the dealership in regard to new and used vehicles
• Convert every sales opportunity to a confirmed appointment or turn them to a Sales Consultant
• Record every contact you have with customers, regardless of source or type, in the LSMS

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

• At least 2 years of BDC experience
• Communication skills
• Problem solving skills
• Good time management & organizational skills
• Typing/basic computer skills
• Ability to solve basic math calculations
