Position Summary
Cintra Corporation UK Ltd is an established database services provider and Oracle Platinum Partner. The company is growing at a fast pace and has a global presence with offices in the UK, USA and India.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a drive to learn and grow. The individual must be proactive, integrate Cintra’s values/goals to motivate oneself and others. He/ She must have a Passion for excellence and desire to contribute to the growth of the company.
The individual must be able to multi-task and handle additional responsibilities when required.
The position will be reporting to the Global Head of Human Resources.
Position Requirements
· Assists in recruitment process by coordinating job postings via social media, intranet, review resumes and schedule interviews.
· Other office admin duties including ordering supplies, handling incoming and outgoing packages/ letters, etc.
· Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding when required.
· Help organize Training & Development initiatives, including maintaining training certificates and records.
· Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
Skills
· Advanced knowledge of MS Office, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel (mid-level). Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
Qualifications & Educational Requirements
· CIPD qualified or other related field/HR Professional Certification.
· 2-year HR hands-on experience required.
