Expected Starting Salary: $77,000 – $98,000
Note: this is a hybrid full-time, permanent position with benefits on the Marketing & Insights team within the Marketing & Communications department.
This role serves as the relationship manager and marketing guru for clinical and business leaders in major divisions throughout the medical center, including Cancer & Blood Diseases Institute. You’ll leverage your consultative skills with those service lines to recommend strategic marketing solutions for their business needs among consumer and HCP audiences. This role includes collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop and oversee the execution of integrated marketing plans to support division business goals, including awareness, engagement and new patient acquisition.
SUBFUNCTION DEFINITION: Responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies for external audiences to support organizational goals.
REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversees annual strategic marketing plan creation and execution for external audiences across multiple divisions and programs; Identifies when to modify plans based on needs and anticipates future needs; Leads cross-functional teams to execute marketing activities, including but not limited to direct marketing, digital content development, digital marketing, and advertising campaigns; Develops and implements message strategy for assigned programs; Employs project management techniques to complete marketing projects on schedule and on budget; Determines tracking and results measures; Analyzes results data and identifies opportunities; Regularly s project and plan status and results to clients, team and leadership; manages and tracks campaign budgets.
