Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Working from home with some travel to London and Hook as and when required

Salary: £30,000-35,000

Working Hours: 40 hours per week Monday – Friday

Job Status: Permanent

The Opportunity:

If you’ve previously worked within talent acquisition then this is a very exciting new role that will shape how we attract and source talent. This is all about sourcing great talent and putting cinch on the map as an employer of choice and helping us scale and disrupt how we buy and sell cars… what makes this even more exciting is you get to do it on a blank canvas. You will steer our journey from attraction to selection and ensure we’re partnering with key stakeholders to deliver an awesome and inclusive experience for anyone considering a career with cinch!

Working in collaboration with our hiring community, wider Talent Acquisition and People teams, you will build and deliver our approach to attracting and hiring diverse talent into cinch. You’ll be given the autonomy to completely integrate yourself into the external talent community and have access to the right tools in order to build your profile and engage you’re audience.

Your other accountabilities:

• To help deliver a highly effective sourcing strategy while developing an engaged pipeline of external talent to fulfil future requirements
  

• Ensure our processes and experiences are fair, inclusive and encourage a diverse audience that add to our culture

• Champion cinch’s values and encourage advocacy throughout
  

• Coach and support anyone involved in the hiring process upskilling them In an aligned approach to attraction, assessment and selection

Things we look for in you:

• Demonstrative experience of attracting and hiring within an Internal business

• Someone that thinks across a broad spectrum of talent attraction and sourcing methodologies

• The ability to manage expectations while keeping stakeholders engaged via effective communication, influencing and data

• Offers innovative and new ways of working to ensure we’re always improving
