Position Summary

In this role, you will be an essential part of the tight-knit, energizing and supportive team of our HVAC department. You will use your curiosity and drive to learn all you can about products and services, making you an invaluable member of the team!

Role Responsibilities

• Assist in the realization of customer service
• Development of prices and quotes in line with customer needs
• Accurately track customer orders, match documents and process sales invoices.
• Support the coordination of work during periods of high activity.

Required Professional Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications

• FINISHING DEC in building mechanics or Experience in internal sales, order office, or customer service, for construction companies.
• Fluency in English AND French.
• Microsoft Office; Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while paying close attention to detail and precision.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team.
