Program Success Manager Job Summary

The Site Administrator reports directly to the Director of Program Success at Cignition and works closely with the Cignition Program & Client Success Manager and staff members, students, and families in the Denver Public Schools area. Serves as a lead point of contact to effectively communicate and support the coordination and service delivery of Cignition tutoring to students and ensure that tutoring services are provided in alignment with Denver Public School’s Grade Level Coaching and Tutoring framework and Cignition’s inquiry-based, collaborative virtual tutoring model.

Primary Accountabilities

The Site Administrator…

• Provides support to multiple schools in implementing processes for high-impact tutoring

• Provides leadership in coordinating effective communication structures and processes between Denver Public Schools central office staff, schools, students, families, and Cignition staff

• Provides support with developing and disseminating required materials for school staff, students, and families

• Serves as a liaison among families and school staff to ensure the coordinated delivery of tutoring services to students

• Facilitates communications and provides Cignition tutoring information and resources to students, families, and school staff

• Encourages family engagement in children’s tutoring services and connects families to what their children are learning

• Builds relationships with and among students, families, and staff members

The role may require the supervision of or direct creation of a wide range of deliverables, including:

• School visits

• Flyers and other stakeholder facing media

• Hosting Family Nights

Performs other duties as assigned or apparent.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, or related field

• 3+ years experience in a customer-facing role in an edtech company or education role managing large-scale projects

• Previous experience as a classroom teacher and/or district administrator is preferred

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment maintaining positive attitude in stressful situations

• Solution-minded and detail-oriented; always looking for ways to improve efficiency, communication and the customer experience

• Ability to follow through on assigned tasks and projects with minimal supervision

• Tech savvy; ability to rapidly learn and apply new software and programs

• High level of organization and professionalism

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills

• Solid experience with Microsoft and Google productivity tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sheets, Docs, and Slides)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
