What you’ll be doing :
As a member of CIBC’s Talent Acquisition team, you will deliver the best-in-class experiences to enable CIBC to become the destination of choice for top talent.
As a Talen t Acquisition Coordinator (TAC), you will be instrumental in supporting candidates (internal & external), Talent Acquisition Partners (TAPs), Hiring Managers (HMs), and internal stakeholders.
Your focus will be to ensure the candidate’s experience is exceptional during the application, interview and onboarding process at CIBC.
You will support Talent Acquisition Partners by assigning job requisitions, creating offer letters, ordering background screening packages and preparing candidates for interviews.
You will work closely with Talent Acquisition Partners, and other internal and external partners to help create an exceptional hiring experience.
At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 2-3 days per week on-site, while other days may be remote.
