About the role
Reporting to the Shared Services Manager within our People and Culture Group, you will have the opportunity to build productive and strong relationships with senior stakeholders, whilst proactively leading our internal Talent Acquisition team.
This dedicated team consists of four Talent Acquisition Coordinators, passionate about effectively managing recruitment processes, ensuring great candidate care and hiring manager experiences.
This multifaceted role will see you sourcing talent whilst simultaneously mapping ahead and driving enhancements to our talent acquisition processes and efficiencies. This would include identifying and creating talent pipelines in line with planned business development objectives.
Your dedicated business area encompasses the Corporate Kenmore Campus group in addition to end-to-end management of higher calibre vacancies across the organisation. You will also be fully involved in various on-going project work ensuring these maintain momentum and achieve the aspirations of the business.
This role will require you to be adaptable and flexible to the changing needs of the organisation and the people you support. Being able to provide a rapid response in complex situations while thinking innovatively to solve issues, is a must.
You will understand how to expertly take your stakeholders through each milestone of the recruitment process, setting a positive example to your colleagues around you.
This is a 9 month fixed-term maternity leave replacement role due to cease in December 2022, however, there is the possibility of extension.
About you
You are a talented, resourceful, strategic talent leader with experience in proactive sourcing, end-to-end recruitment and client and candidate management. As a solutions-focused and results driven professional, you are meticulously organised and have the ability to meet deadlines, communicate effectively, and manage conflicting priorities.
You bring energy, passion and experience to the table, and you want to work with an organisation who truly makes a difference in the community.

In accordance with our organisational policy, you are required to have the influenza vaccination, and have received a minimum first dose of a COVID-19 vaccine.
