About the role
The HR Business Partner offers development, coaching and technical leadership advice to continuously evolve, simplify and educate your leaders on best-practice people initiatives, setting them up for success with internal and external stakeholders.
We are a team who support each other and pride ourselves on delivering a high level of customer service. There are a number of people initiatives to implement across our business, which means there is a lot to be done and work hard to achieve it. We make sure we have fun while we do it and celebrate our successes.
Our services are spread across Queensland and you may be required to travel occasionally to meet the needs of the services. A vehicle is available to salary package.
This is a 12-month fixed term position. Competitive remuneration package on offer including salary packaging benefits that greatly increase take-home pay.
About you
Due to the occasional travel required a current driver’s licence is essential.
In accordance with our organisational policy, you are required to have the influenza vaccination, and have received a minimum first dose of a COVID-19 vaccine, as agreed by National Cabinet on 28 June 2021.
