Chubbies Hiring for GRAPHIC DESIGNER II at Austin, Texas Full Time

Are you passionate about superimposing and digital retouching?  Do you enjoy creating digital ads?  The Graphic Designer is responsible for ideating and creating high-quality digital assets to be used in our web and email distributions. They will also help support the creation of visuals used for print collateral, packaging, marketing materials, and social media. Lastly, they will develop and ensure all graphic outbound adheres to style and brand guidelines.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Create brand accretive graphics
• Daily creation of requested and requisite visuals for web and email
• Fulfill graphic requests for all departments on an as-needed basis 
• Manage outsourced services/contractors
• Implement and improve Graphic Design process and efficiency 
• Troubleshooting, solutions, equipment and software 
• Brand style and guideline creation and adherence 
• Stay current with design trends and styles 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in design
• 4+ years experience in graphic design and photo editing
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Final Cut/After Effects)
• Motion Design a bonus
• Deadline oriented; able to manage multiple projects at once
• Master of superimposing and editing
