Chubb now has an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner – Engineering in the North West. As part of this dedicated TA team you will work hand in hand with our Hiring Managers to attract, hire and retain the top talent the business needs in the most cost-effective way possible. As a TABP, you will take care to ensure that you give hiring managers and candidates the best possible experience in their interactions with you.

This is a hybrid role primarily based from home, with 1 – 2 days in our Blackburn office.

• You will utilise a direct sourcing approach to provide highly effective, customer focused recruitment support with innovative and creative ways of sourcing talent across our engineering divisions
• Establish strong business relationships with all internal stakeholders, taking time to learn about their business areas and how they support the wider business
• Optimise the use of recruitment tools to reduce administration and increase productivity
• Produce creative advertising copy and manage Job Board activity / vacancy placement ensuring return on investment
• Ensure hiring managers use fair selection criteria in order to assess candidates effectively
• Provide accurate and timely assignment information to Hiring Managers including all relevant market intelligence

• Several years’ experience working in a full 360 recruitment role, ideally from an inhouse / RPO environment
• Diversified recruitment specialisation experience, with proven experience of engineering recruitment
• Experience of writing creative advertising copy and Job Board usage
• Consultative recruitment style with excellent communication skills
• A passion for talent acquisition, you will put the candidate and hiring manager experience at the heart of everything you do
• IT Literate with knowledge of MS Office products
