EDUCATION

· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Nursing, OR related field required

· PHR certification a plus

EXPERIENCE

· Three years of relevant work experience in Recruitment, Applicant Sourcing, Human Resources, or related field to include Inside Sales, heavy Customer Service or Student Recruiting experience.

· Experience with a Staffing Agency or in healthcare a plus
