Responsibilities:

• As a Talent Acquisition professional at Chrysalis Health, you will be responsible for proactively attracting and recruiting top talent through various methods, including social media posts, resume mining, outreach efforts, college/university recruitment, career fairs, website postings, special recruiting events, and other position advertising methods. You will also develop and maintain a network of contacts, including online recruiting resources, to identify and source qualified candidates.
• In addition, you will create and foster relationships with educational institutions and diverse professional organizations/associations to attract and recruit alumni and diverse candidates. This may involve conducting on-campus interviews and actively engaging with potential candidates to build a pipeline of talent.
• As part of the recruitment process, you will prescreen candidates via telephone and personal interviews, creating and presenting prescreening questions to management for collaboration and review. You will also maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, applicant dispositions, and other recruiting activities, and present s to the Talent Acquisition Manager and Human Resources Manager.
• Maintaining excellent communication with hiring department managers and the HR department is a critical aspect of this role. This includes developing a thorough understanding of the department culture to help candidates fully understand the opportunity and ensure the best selection. You will also coordinate screenings/verification activities of HR Assistant or HR Coordinator as needed.
• Furthermore, you will actively participate in the development of ongoing creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent. ing to work as scheduled, in a timely fashion, and with a service-oriented attitude is essential.

Qualifications:

• Graduation with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources preferred.
• Extensive experience with Internet recruiting and interviewing & selection preferred.
• Understanding of applicable employment related laws and regulations preferred
• Computer literate and proficiency to Internet, online applications and email.
• Bilingual a plus.
