HR Business Partner FTC ( CUK & TSL )
Reporting to: Regional HR Director
1. Role Purpose
To partner with the Site Leadership Team to provide proactive advice and guidance for the end of year closure of the Manufacturing site .
To work with the business management teams, acting as a commercially focused HR business partner to deliver the site closure , retaining “focus on values and behaviours, , employee engagement, and retention .
To provide expertise and coaching to line managers on key HR policies and processes supporting the closure.
An effective project manager who can think strategically and use their expertise to engage, challenge and influence business leaders and key stakeholders at management and staff levels across the business
2. Key Accountabilities
Provide proactive advice and guidance for all operational matters relating to site closure
Responsible for process and quality of recruitment
Provide HR support at all stages of capability, disciplinary and grievance matters
Support, guide and mentor line management on employee engagement and performance management issues
Deliver the site closure programme, whilst maximizing employee engagement and retention to meet the customers closure schedule
Lead activities related to the site closure e.g. Outplacement design and delivery
HR Service Delivery – systems, policy, process
General
To support with global and regional HR projects
Support the Regional HR Director with HR activities related to Turbine Services Limited ( TSL ) e.g annual calendar of HR activity , merit planning, performance management
