Christiectherapy is Looking For Social Media Manager (Tik Tok and Instagram) at Remote Full Time

Lead Gen Manager Overview:

Responsible for growing our social media presence by managing our team of content creators.

1) Team Management

We have a team of copywriters, video editors, and posters. You’ll need to manage the coordinator that controls all of them by having QA/QC processes to ensure posts are done properly

2) Strategic Development

Study tik tok, instagram growth strategies to ensure that we are growing on our platforms effectively. You will be expected to bring new ideas and constantly help us grow through non-stop learning.

You must have following traits:

• Be VERY detailed oriented (You cannot make spelling, design mistakes)
• Be able to write basic english so you don’t make grammar mistakes
• Understand EXACTLY what we need because if you do not, you will be fired extremely fast.
• Be a self starter and willing to work in a very fast pace environment.
