Digital Marketing Associate

Christianbook is looking for a full-time Digital Marketing Associate to join the Digital Marketing team. This position is responsible for working closely with our paid digital advertisement agencies to optimize various campaign strategies;

coordinate social media promotions with email marketing and buyer teams; and executing data-driven strategies for growth within our various digital channels.

This is a full-time salaried, non-management position, located at the Peabody, MA office. The work schedule will be from Monday through Friday, with in-office days on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week.

This is subject to change if necessary.

Key Responsibilities :

• Build and maintain campaigns in Google and Microsoft Ads.
• Build and maintain campaigns in our various social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.).
• Interact with various teams (buyers, marketing, design, web development, IT, etc.) and participate in meetings with vendors (HarperCollins, Baker, etc.).
• Coordinate social media campaigns with buyers and vendors.
• Develop content marketing assets and implement strategies to grow our customer files (video, online Bible studies, blog content, digital assets, lead generation assets, etc.).
• Create and review detailed s utilizing our various attribution programs.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :

• Associate’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar field.
• 3 – 5 years of related digital marketing experience in an e-commerce environment.
• Knowledge with the following programs :
• Outlook and Excel
• Google : Ads, Merchant Center, Analytics (GA4), Sheets, and Drive
• Microsoft Ads and Merchant Center
• Data Studio
• Facebook / Instagram (Meta) Ads Platform
• TikTok
• Pinterest
• Self-motivated individual with the desire to learn and grow.
• Excellent time-management skills and the ability to finish tasks with specified deadlines and without errors.
• Familiar with data-driven approaches and analyzing complex ing provided by our attribution programs (Matchback, Google, etc.)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to take on additional responsibilities.
• Team player with ability to make independent decisions as needed.

Preferred qualifications, but not required :

• Experience with web building applications such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.
• Experience with internal tools such as CP and Anzio.
• Experience with API and SaaS.
• Familiarity with Christianbook product categories (Bibles, homeschool, gifts, etc.).
• Familiarity with other paid marketing platforms such as Amazon, eBay, and Commission Junction.
