About the role
The role is designed to support the Global Talent and Learning team in delivering global talent development initiatives, systems maintenance of learning management and performance management technologies, and to creatively spearhead team brand by amplifying our internal intranet and social communication campaigns. To support with administration, development of training materials/resources and manage the global training calendar. To support the function in convening live learning events and interventions and to support on a variety of projects within the team.
About you
You will be a motivated, values-driven, team player that enjoys co-creating learning and development solutions that will help meet our corporate priorities. You will work in collaboration with the Global People Function to ensure successful delivery of key admin and project support in line with the People Strategy and the Global Strategy – Standing Together. You are innovative and creative, with great attention to detail and you will be passionate about the world of L&D/OD.

This role requires applicants to have the right to live and work in the country where this position is based and undertake the role that you have been offered.
