The Role
The HR Administrator is responsible for providing accurate and timely administration and support to the wider HR team including; co-ordinating recruitment processes and staff onboarding, training administration, and being a point of contact for HR related staff queries. The role will also be involved in various HR projects. The HR Administrator role is also responsible for providing accurate and timely administration and support for the recruitment, onboarding, credentialing and exits of all medical practitioners in the facility. This includes all Lifehouse employed doctors, Visiting Medical Officers, Career Medical Officers, Junior Medical Officers, Honorary Visitors, Observers, Researchers, Students and Integrative Medicine Practitioners. This role will be accountable for ensuring that the Lifehouse vision, values and behaviours are integrated into all aspects of recruitment, onboarding and administration.
Essential Selection Criteria
Proven experience in a HR generalist role in a Healthcare setting, including exposure to recruitment, training, remuneration, performance management and credentialing of medical professionals.
