The Role….

Is diverse and interesting with potential to provide a pathway into a long-term career opportunity in recruitment. Initially the role would be to provide administration assistance and resource candidates.

Th candidate should work on site

Duties would include the following –

  • Sourcing suitable candidates
  • Updating and maintaining our operating systems
  • Maintaining data relating to contracts and placements
  • Ensuring compliance of candidates and members
  • Candidate care
  • Writing advertisements and maintaining our advertising

Essential Skills

  • Available to work on site – 20 hours per week in our office in Malvern East – 10 min from the train station
  • 1-2 years of experience in administration role
  • Experience in resourcing
  • The ability to form strong, lasting relationships
  • Highly developed communication skills both written and verbal
  • Highly developed computer skills
  • Meticulous attention to details
  • Organised and methodical
  • Flexible and resilient in fast paced retail environment
  • A desire to learn and grow in the role
  • Great phone manner

Desirable

  • A background in health (preference given to a background in aged care)
  • A solid working knowledge of Linkedin and Seek

  • You will be intuitive and be a great trouble shooter – solution focused
  • A keen desire to grow and develop your career in “all things recruitment related”
