The Role….

Is diverse and interesting with potential to provide a pathway into a long-term career opportunity in recruitment. Initially the role would be to provide administration assistance and resource candidates.

Duties would include the following –

  • Updating and maintaining our operating systems
  • Maintaining data relating to contracts and placements
  • Ensuring compliance of candidates and members
  • Candidate care
  • Sourcing suitable candidates
  • Writing advertisements and maintaining our advertising

Essential Skills

  • A genuine love of people and a desire to bring about the best for them – both clients and candidates
  • The ability to form strong, lasting relationships
  • Highly developed communication skills both written and verbal
  • Highly developed computer skills
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Organised and methodical
  • A desire to learn and grow in the role
  • Great phone manner

Desirable

  • A background in health (preference given to a background in aged care)
  • A solid working knowledge of Linkedin and Seek

You will be –

  • A warm, friendly and approachable individual who is able to establish, develop and grow relationships with ease
  • You will be intuitive and be a great trouble shooter – solution focussed
  • A keen desire to grow and develop your career in “all things recruitment related”
  • The ability to communicate and relate to people at all levels
