Chorus is looking for an energetic, self-motivated, and customer-focused individual to join our growing team. The Sales Professional will market and sell Security and Smart Home systems, to homeowners and business professionals. Chorus Sales Professionals meet with clients at their homes or businesses to determine needs, generate proposals, and close the sale on-site when possible. This position will focus on High Volume sales while delivering recurring monthly revenue through the addition of service or monitoring contracts.

Experience

High school diploma or equivalent and previous experience preferred. Key characteristics for this role include dependability, excellent verbal communication skills, friendliness, and the ability to build relationships with existing and potential customers. Learning and communicating technical information pertaining to the services and equipment provided by Chorus is essential. Team member’s attire includes a clean-cut and professional appearance. This opportunity includes working independently, working outdoors, and travel Additional requirements include having a valid driver’s license, a good driving record, meeting company drug screen requirements, and the ability to speak English. Compensation includes base salary plus commission.

Job Functions and Duties

• Meeting or exceeding sales targets through the number of systems sold.
• Completing all sales administrative duties and s as assigned by the Sales Leader
• Follow-up all pending leads and referral opportunities and record results in the CRM platform
• Contacting all customers after install to ask for referrals and offer additional products and services
• Continually networking and building relationships with business partners and other companies’ organizations in the community
• Modeling excellent customer service, integrity, and professionalism
• Regular, reliable, and punctual attendance with a consistent presence at the office, on job sites, and all pertinent meetings.
• Willingness to work extensive hours to generate expected results

Regular Physical Demands

This position daily involves walking, standing, driving, talking, seeing, mental alertness, and hearing. Requires constant use of telephone, computer, and other technology associated with a sales position. Physical ability and stamina to work indoors and outdoors are necessary. Work environments will vary from office to homes, businesses, and construction sites. Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range. Must have the ability to communicate clearly.

Typical Working Schedule

Compensation

• $50,000 to $200,000 (uncapped potential)
• Base pay plus commission
• Bonus incentives
• Competition pay

Paid Training:

• 3 months paid training
• Rep can earn commission during training

Pay: $50,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year
