The business provides fresh, Pan Asian themed fast food across the UK. With revenues of circa £40m and 50+ owned sites (& over 20 franchise sites) the business is profitable and looking to open 10+ sites per year.

Role

Reports to: AP Supervisor

Department: Finance

Location: Head Office, Golders Green

Salary: £25k pa

Purpose of the Role

To assist the AP Supervisor with ensuring the accurate and timely management of all invoices received from suppliers

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring purchase ledger invoices are processed in a timely and accurate manner for all trading and leasehold companies using our iCompleat invoicing software
• Prepare bi-monthly payment runs on our accounting system (AccountsIQ) and ensure these are processed in a timely and accurate manner
• Send remittance advice for all payment runs to suppliers
• Review and maintenance of a clean AP ledger
• Deal with supplier queries
• Ensure invoice approvals via iCompleat are kept up to date
• Process employee expenses
• Regular import of bank statements and matching of transactions into Accounts IQ

Key requirements:

• Positive and proactive can-do attitude
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently
• Solid excel skills
• Minimum requirement to work in the office at least 3 days a week
