Community Housing Limited (CHL) Group of Companies is an innovative and best practice affordable housing organisation which assists access to, develops and manages sustainable housing for people in need. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR generalist to come and join our team. This permanent, full time role is based at our Box Hill office with flexibility to work from home two days per week.
The HR Business Partner is the first point of contact on any workforce related matters. The role contributes to key HR projects including new systems, processes and programs and executes and champions employee and organisational change management initiatives.

The HR Business Partner will provide best practice HR consultancy and services across all stages of the employment life cycle, primarily by building effective relationships with line managers to ensure a sound understanding of the HR needs and issues related to their teams.
