The Education Consultant is accountable for providing leadership and forward planning for the implementation of the Education Quality Framework (EQF) policy and process as the accepted model for educational management and development at Chisholm for all educational products, including courses and services.
The focus for the role is to maintain and provide expert advice on the policies and processes embedded within the EQF, to establish, implement and monitor the effectiveness of the Trainer and Assessor Requirements and Learning and Assessment System for the institute and to provide expert support to delivery business areas to maintain all aspects of trainer and assessor requirements and design and implement innovative delivery models, learning sequencing, assessment tools, across all sectors, that are consistent with the Education Quality Framework, ASQA standards and the Education Plan.

The incumbent is a key and active participant of the Professional Educator College business area and provides expertise to the Institute on all aspects of the requirements of trainers and assessors as well as educational planning, design and delivery with an emphasis on innovative program, learning and assessment design.
ABOUT YOU
You will have relevant tertiary qualifications in Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40116 or qualifications that meet standards for RTOs 2015 and a Diploma of VET or equivalent.
You will also bring with you the following skills and experience:
