Internal Recruiter – Permanent – Full-time

We are looking for an Internal Recruiter due to support with acquiring the best talent for our growing business. The Internal Recruiter will be based in Edinburgh city centre on a permanent contract. Come and join our growing CH family!

Internal Recruiter – Job Responsibilities

• Work closely with the HR team to drive recruitment strategy at pace
• Writing out and posting job adverts on various recruitment channels (eg. Indeed)

• Screening candidates and sending relevant CV’s to the Line Managers or Senior Management
• Arrange and co-ordinate interviews
• Support the wider HR team to coach and develop hiring managers with recruitment, interview, and selection training
• Influence managers to ensure that interviews are carried out in a timely manner and feedback is provided
• Seeking references and other employment checks & assist Line Managers with right to work checks

Internal Recruiter – Person Specification

• Experience in a commercially-focused recruitment role
• Experience in working in luxury goods/luxury retail is highly desirable
• Proactive with a can-do attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Organised and able to multi-task
• Confident speaking with people and not afraid to pick up the phone
• Skilled in Microsoft office suite including basic Excel skills
